Sunvolec Sunflower lecithin is an allergen-free, non-GMO alternative to liquid soy lecithin. This product is obtained through the extraction of sunflower seeds, resulting in a pure lecithin, solvent-free, soy-free, gluten-free and vegan. The most common applications are in dietary supplements, in recipes for shakes, smoothies, sauces, dressings, or any product requiring an emulsifier. It is also recommended as a releaser in combination with vegetable oil for baking and cooking.
